Our Wellness Partners

We are happy to be partnered with the Spring Lake Fitness and Aquatic Center.  New patients that show their member ID card at their first Appointment will receive Consultation, Examination, X-rays (if needed) and Test results for only $10, which is then donated back to the youth programs at the SLFAC!  Call to schedule your first appointment and mention that you are a member of the SLFAC.
